MiniDrama ES terms of use
This English version is a courtesy translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using MiniDrama ES you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What MiniDrama ES is
MiniDrama ES is a viewer: a specialized browser that loads the pages of the dramafren.org site and of its players, and adds a watch history and playback controls. The app does not host, store, upload or retransmit any video, and GNApps does not operate any content server.
3. Third-party content
All content viewed through the app is offered by third-party websites, which are solely responsible for it and for holding the rights to offer it. GNApps does not select, control or review that content, and is not affiliated with DramaFren or with any series platform. The names and trademarks that appear on those sites belong to their respective owners.
4. Your responsibility
It is up to you to make sure that your use of those sites and their content is lawful in your country and complies with the terms of each service. Do not use the app to download, redistribute or commercially exploit other people's content.
5. Copyright
If you are a rights holder and believe that the app or this page affects your rights, write to u/GNAppsMX on Reddit stating the work and the reason. Bear in mind that GNApps does not host the content: its removal must be requested from the site that offers it.
6. No warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It depends entirely on outside sites: it may stop working, in whole or in part, if those sites change or become unavailable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GNApps will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the app or from the content of third-party sites. Nothing above limits the rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
The app and these terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of [PENDING: city and state], unless the law provides otherwise in favor of the consumer.
